Grief is overwhelming.

It’s painful. It’s unfair.

It sucks the joy out of your life and makes you feel entirely alone. I’ve been there. But I’ve since broken free from those terrible, intense feelings. I took action, I gathered a community of women to cope with grief by supporting each other through love.

In 2018, I was living my dream life traveling the globe orchestrating high-level events and workshops. Suddenly, at the age of 54, my husband died. I was now a widow.

It left me lost, untethered, and unable to find purpose or fulfillment. But I didn’t give in. I spent a year traveling, hunting, searching for something to heal me. To inspire me. To pull me from the throws of my grief.

I found a path back to joy, and I’m inviting you on this path with me and all the tremendous women who walk it. You don’t need to walk alone, sister.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s inside
